The bank has been using Dynamic PowerTrainer® since 2002.  Those responsible for training in the bank set great store by the fact that they can create sub-sections of the electronic training course themselves. They began with the concept of electronic tests and exams and are now implementing entire course contents.

Bank Austria Creditanstalt can boast of impressive statistics: with access throughout Austria, between 800,000 and 1,000,000 hits were registered daily as part of a project and at particularly busy periods over 1 Gigabyte of learning data was transferred from the web server. Since all learner course data is sent from Dynamic PowerTrainer® to a server application developed in-house at Bank Austria Creditanstalt and then automatically analyzed, the offices responsible know the exact rate of successfully completed courses: a sensational 99.6%. The return on investment is similarly high for the authoring software, which enabled Bank Austria Creditanstalt to handle exercises, exams and learning contents smoothly over the Internet for the first time in its 10-year eLearning history.

The online courses, exercises, tests and exams can and should be utilized by all employees. Since March 2002, more than 12,000 employees have been trained with independently created Dynamic PowerTrainer® tests.
