What support options do I have when I buy Dynamic PowerTrainer®?
ynamic PowerTrainer® Corporate comes with full support for 6 months; Dynamic PowerTrainer® Corporate includes 12 months of support. Completing the one-day Dynamic PowerTrainer® training course automatically entitles you to another 6 months of support. When you purchase Dynamic PowerTrainer® Basic, support for one author is included for 6 months only after the training is completed.
Additional support agreements for Dynamic PowerTrainer® products can be acquired for each product for each author per year and provide support only for the author in question. Support for authors includes telephone and e-mail support. New product versions are not part of the support agreement.
Our Technical Support will help with troubleshooting, i.e. check to see if the problem is related to your system configuration and whether it's been reported by others.
