Users can be added manually or via CSV import. If required, the system can also communicate directly with an LDAP server.

A variety of user roles with different authorizations are available in the system:

• Administrator: user with all authorizations. Can add, modify and delete users, courses and workshops.
• Author: can add and modify courses.
• Trainer: can add, modify and delete workshops (assign several courses and users).
• Learner: can complete courses that have been assigned to him or her.

Existing courses can be integrated seamlessly into the platform. The learner can access the course content over the web once he or she has been successfully authenticated.
Learning data for individual users is saved in a database. Depending on the user's access level, he or she can download clearly laid out information on learning status, result assessment and course statistics.

Dynamic PowerTrainer® Manager is available for buying or hosting and can be installed on an in-house server with the client or with an external provider. The server license includes an unlimited amount of learners and courses.
