When you purchase Dynamic PowerTrainer® Professional, 6 months of support are included; Dynamic PowerTrainer® Corporate includes 12 months of support. Completing the one-day Dynamic PowerTrainer® training course automatically entitles you to another 6  months of support. When you purchase Dynamic PowerTrainer® Basic, support for one author is included for 6 months only after the training is completed.

Additional support agreements for Dynamic PowerTrainer® products can be acquired for each product for each author per year and provide support only for the author in question. Support for authors includes telephone and e-mail support. New product versions are not part of the support agreement.

The one-day training course and the workshop are run by a trainer in a classroom setting at the Dynamic Media office or, on request, at the customer's premises. You will find the training schedule here.
